A space where nutrition meets connection and healing

Elsey Weisberg MS, RD, LDN

(she/her)

I hold an M.S. in Human Nutrition and a B.S. in Dietetics, both from the University of Delaware. I completed my dietetic internship at Simmons University and then was honored to receive the Leadership Education in Adolescent Health (LEAH) Fellowship at Boston Children's Hospital. During my time in the division of Young Adult and Adolescent Medicine, I worked as part of an interdisciplinary team, counseling adolescents with a range of nutrition-related concerns. Before founding Evergreen Nutrition, I worked at the Counseling and Nutrition Center 360 as a clinical nutrition specialist, meal coach, and practice manager. Beyond my nutrition credentials, I have studied therapeutic approaches like ACT, CBT, DBT, EFFT, and IFS. I’m always excited to keep learning and growing, and regularly seek out new education to bring the best to our work together.

An inclusive, non-diet approach.

I provide nutrition counseling from a relationship-based, trauma-informed, and Health At Every Size (HAES) lens. I’ve had the pleasure of working with teens, college students, adults, athletes, and families. Whether it’s tackling eating disorders, disordered eating, intuitive eating, chronic illness, or other nutrition challenges, I bring an inclusive and non-diet approach to help you find your balance.
