Welcome! I'm a Registered Dietitian with extensive experience helping folks heal their relationship with food and body. I understand how challenging it can be to navigate nutrition and wellness on your own and aim to meet you wherever you are in your journey. I provide nutrition counseling from a relationship-based, trauma-informed, and Health At Every Size (HAES) perspective. I have comprehensive experience working with adolescents, college students, adults, athletes, and families. My expertise includes nutrition counseling for eating disorders, disordered eating concerns, intuitive/mindful eating, chronic illness, and other nutrition issues, all through an inclusive, non-diet approach.
